All prices, taxes, and shipping and handling charges are in U.S. dollars.
Purchase Orders
CodeMyDrones is delighted to accept qualifying purchase order documents. Purchase order may be emailed. When your order is shipped, you will be billed the total amount of all shipped items plus shipping and handling charges and applicable sales tax.
Check Payments
If you would like to place an order with a check payment, please request an invoice from your CodeMyDrones partner and submit it to your organization for payment. Once your check payment is received, we will process your order.
Credit Cards
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Please call us at 484-704-2613 with your quote and have your tax-exempt status ready if applicable.
Purchase Orders
CodeMyDrones is delighted to accept qualifying purchase order documents. Below is the process for purchase order payments.
- 1. Request a quote from your CodeMyDrones contact. Please advise your CodeMyDrones contact of your tax-exempt status if applicable. Your tax-exempt documentation can be submitted along with your purchase order. In compliance with state laws, sales tax will automatically be added to all quotes for orders to be placed from public K12 institutions within CA, NM, AZ, WA, and NC.
- 2. Purchase order documents may be emailed to [email protected]
- 3. Once your order has completely shipped, you will be billed the total amount of all shipped items plus shipping and handling charges and applicable sales tax with net 60 payment terms.
Tax-Exempt Status
We're excited to support your educational endeavors. If you're with a tax-exempt organization, please ensure your organization is registered with CodeMyDrones Innovations Inc. for tax-exempt status by submitting your tax-exempt document via email to [email protected] prior to or at the time of placing an order. If your state requires it, kindly sign and date the state-level tax-exempt form.
